If you discover the exact same stay for less on another website, we'll beat it.

What do we offer?

If you want to book a home on Plum Guide but find the exact same stay elsewhere for less, contact us, and we will match the price plus offer an additional $60/£50/60€ off on your price-matched booking.

Eligibility criteria

  • The stay found on Plum Guide and the stay found on another platform must match exactly – the same travel dates, same number and type of guests, etc.

  • The stay cannot be part of a promotional or package offer, and must be accessible to anyone who visits the website it's been found on.

  • The price must be inclusive of all taxes, fees and other charges.

  • The lower price must be visible and available when our team visits the provided link.

    The price match will not apply where:

  • The lower price is made as a part of a package or any promotion with a third party.

  • The lower price is not published and is not available to the general public. These include, but are not limited to: corporate rates, staff rates, consolidator rates, wholesaler rates, student rates, and closed user group rates.

  • The lower price has been discounted by an online retailer by use of coupons, redemption of loyalty rewards or similar, and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost.

  • The cancellation policy is different to the one listed on Plum Guide.

How to make a claim

Our Price-match guarantee must be claimed before booking on Plum Guide. Please get in touch with our sales team and provide the following:

  • The link to the home you'd like to book on Plum Guide, with the dates and number of guests selected.

  • The link to the home on the platform where you found the exact same stay for less, with the same dates and number of guests selected.

What happens next

Our Sales team will review your claim and verify whether it meets our eligibility criteria. If your claim is successful, we will get back to you within 48 hours with the details on how to proceed to book your stay price-matched and with an additional $60/ £50/ 60€ discount for the price-matched stay.
