No charges will be made to the guest for a security deposit at the time of booking.

We advice that all of our hosts add a security deposit to their listing. We do not allow for security deposits to be handled off The Plum Guide website as this a strict violation for our terms and conditions.

A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit. If a claim is made, we will mediate and collect the payment if necessary.
