On extremely rare occasions will The Plum Guide cancel your booking(s). These could include;

  • You have not fulfilled your obligations under the terms and conditions that were set out when you registered on the site and received a booking.
  • If you do not reply to a check-in related message from your guests within 14days of receiving that message and an attempt from The Plum Guide team to get in touch with you.
  • Failing to show as arranged with your guests or arranging suitable check in arrangements for your guests.
  • Any detection of scams, fraudulent information or payments from yourself to the guest.

We do not take these decisions lightly and only act on them when you have let us, the guest and yourselves down. Don't be that host!
