If you need to make a claim on your security deposit, you can do so within 48 hours of your guest’s checkout date.
Simply, email email@example.com with your booking code and as much detail as possible about the damages and associated costs that have occurred.
We will then contact the guest on your behalf. If your guest agrees to the amount you requested, we'll process the payout. Payouts tend to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
If your guest declines or doesn't respond within 48 hours, The Plum Guide will assess the situation. Note that we may require additional documentation, in which you will have 48 hours to provide.
