Can I see any recent reviews that guests left of the home?
We believe the customer peer-to-peer review system is flawed, and we are replacing it with an independent review system that is more reliable, trustworthy and consistent. 95% of homes on Airbnb have 4.5* or more, but the quality varies massively. The Plum Guide’s scientific approach to curation takes the hit-and-miss out of the market. We don’t have anything against reviews, we just have a different philosophy. We have chosen to list only great quality homes on our platform. That’s not to say we don’t collect feedback from every guest and every stay, and take action if it’s anything less than stellar: from putting the home into review to de-listing the host. Guaranteeing quality is at the core of what we do, so if a home or host falls short, we take it very seriously.
