At Plum Guide, we use calendar links to synchronise calendars across various platforms. This means importing calendar links from other platforms into Plum Guide, and exporting your Plum Guide calendar link onto your other platforms.
Here we show you how to import calendar links to Plum Guide. All it requires is to copy and paste a link from every platform your listing is advertised on, into your Plum Guide account. You'll find the path to your calendar and the specific instructions for the most popular booking platforms below.

Where to paste other platforms' calendar links in your Plum Guide account
Before explaining how to find and export calendar links from other platforms, we're going to show you where to put them in your Plum Guide host account.
Go to your dashboard (you will have to log in first if you aren’t already)
In the top nav > Click Listings
Scroll down the page to find the listing for which you need to sync calendar > Click Edit home details
On the left-hand side menu > Click Calendar
Below the calendar > Click Import calendar, this will trigger a window to open
In the field labelled "URL" you will paste the calendar link you will have copied from your other platform.
In the field labelled "Name" you will give your calendar a nickname. We recommend you simply name it with the name of the corresponding platform
Click Import calendar and your calendar will be saved and appear below the button
Repeat for each platform your home is advertised on
Find your calendar link on Airbnb
To export your calendar and add it to your Plum Guide calendar, log in to your Airbnb account on a desktop computer or mobile device. This feature is not available using the Airbnb app.
Select Calendar at the top (make sure you are on the hosting profile and the correct listing is selected)
Click Calendar Sync on the left-hand side
Scroll down to Export Calendar
Click Export Calendar
In the Export Calendar window, copy the calendar address, then paste it into Import Calendar section on your Plum Guide calendar

Find your calendar link on Vrbo (Homeaway)
You can only export your reservation calendar if your listing is live.
In your reservation calendar, click the Import/Export arrows icon
Click Export Calendar
Copy the URL and follow the instructions on your external calendar in order to import

Find your calendar link on Booking.com
This option lets you copy your room statuses on Booking.com to third-party calendars. Here’s how to do it:
Log in to the extranet, click on the Calendar or Rates & Availability tab and select Sync calendars. This will take you to your calendar sync overview page.
Click on Add calendar connection, then scroll down and click on Skip this step.
In the pop-up that appears, give your connection a name and then click Export Calendar.
Copy the link by clicking on Copy link, and then paste it into the relevant field on your third-party calendar. Once you’ve done this, go back to your extranet and click Done.
You’ll now see this calendar in your overview of connections. It takes a while for us to finish setting up the connection, so you’ll see the status as Activating while the connection is being set up. Once your calendars are synchronised, the status will change to Export only.

Find your calendar link on TripAdvisor
Go to your TripAdvisor host account.
In the Calendar tab, click Export calendar to view your iCalendar link.
Copy the link and paste it into the field for TripAdvisor calendar link on your Plum Guide listing.
It is important that you synchronise the calendars from every site on which you are advertising your property. You must both import calendar links from other platforms into Plum Guide, and export your Plum Guide calendar link onto your other platforms.
Cancellations due to inaccurate calendars may incur a cancellation fee.
