You can now add your client’s details directly at checkout. This helps:

  • Clarify bookings with hosts — they’ll see it was made by a travel advisor on behalf of a guest.

  • Simplify your workflow — keep bookings organised and ensure clients get the right information.

How do I add client details?

  1. Go to checkout and scroll to the “Main guest information” section.

  2. Enter your client’s details:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Phone number.

  3. (Optional) Tick the box if you’d like your client to receive a copy of the booking confirmation email.

    • Your commission details will remain private.

  4. Complete the booking as usual.

What happens when you add client details

The host will see:

  • That the booking was made by a travel advisor on behalf of a guest.

  • Your name and travel advisor status.

  • Your client’s name, and (from 2 weeks before check-in) their contact number.

  • All standard booking details.

You will receive:

  • Enhanced booking emails showing client names and booking codes.

  • The ability to preview and reply directly to host messages from your email.

  • All your usual booking confirmations and updates.

Your client will receive (only if you select this at checkout, not available for Net Payment):

  • The booking confirmation email, showing the total booking price.

  • Your commission details remain hidden at all times.

Good to know

  • Your commission information is never visible to clients.

  • Client contact information is not used for marketing.

  • You remain the main point of contact with the host. Hosts can contact clients directly for booking-related matters starting two weeks before check-in.

What’s new with booking emails?

All your booking-related emails now include:

  • Client names for easy identification.

  • Booking codes for quick reference.

  • Preview and reply capability for host messages (no need to log in).

This makes it much easier to manage multiple client bookings — even on the go.
