You can now add your client’s details directly to a booking. This feature brings two major improvements to your workflow: it enables better communication with hosts by clarifying that the booking was made by a travel advisor on behalf of the guest, and it streamlines your experience of managing client bookings.
How to add client details
During checkout for any new booking, you'll see a "Main guest information" section.
Enter your client's details:
First and last name
Email address
Contact number
Choose email preferences: Decide if your client should receive the booking confirmation email – they will see the booking total; however, the breakdown of your commission won't be visible to them.
Complete your booking as usual.
What happens when you add client details
The host will see:
That a travel advisor made the booking on behalf of the guest.
Your name and your travel advisor status.
Your client's name and, from two weeks before check-in, their contact number.
All standard booking details.
You'll get:
Enhanced email communications with client names and booking codes.
The ability to preview and reply directly to host messages from your email.
All your usual booking confirmations and updates.
Only if you selected the relevant option at checkout, your client will receive:
The booking confirmation email, showing the total booking price
Your commission details remain completely private and hidden
This option is not available for bookings made using Net Payment.
Important notes
New bookings only: This feature is available for bookings made after [Fri 4 July 2025].
Commission privacy: Your commission information is never visible to clients, even if they receive booking emails.
Contact details: Client contact information is not used for marketing purposes.
Host communication: Hosts can contact clients directly for booking-related matters from two weeks before check-in, once we share the guest's contact number.

Client names for quick identification
Booking codes for easy reference
Preview and direct reply capability for host messages (no need to log into your account)
This makes managing multiple client bookings much easier, especially when you're on the go.

Q: Will my client see my commission?
A: No, your commission details are never visible to clients under any circumstances.
Q: What if I don't want my client to receive booking emails?
A: Simply leave the checkbox unchecked at checkout. You'll receive all booking communications, as usual.
Q: Can I change my mind about client email preferences after booking?
A: Email preferences are currently set during checkout and cannot be changed afterward.
Q: Will hosts contact my clients directly?
A: Hosts can contact clients directly for booking-related matters (such as check-in instructions or property access) from two weeks before check-in, when we share with them the guest's contact number.
