What's a 'Non-refundable' option?

By turning on the Non-refundable option for your home, you give guests the chance to save 10% on their booking.

  • Guests trade flexibility for savings — in exchange for this discount, the booking is non-refundable and guests won’t receive a refund if they cancel, no matter when they cancel.

  • For you, it means your payout is guaranteed in full. It’s a great way to attract more last-minute bookings while ensuring you’re protected.

Can it apply to any booking?

The Non-refundable option is only available for stays booked less than 60 days in advance.

How do I turn it on for my listing?

You can enable Non-refundable in your Host Dashboard:

  1. Go to your Host dashboard → Listings (you must be logged in).

  2. Find the home you want to update (enable this option per home).

  3. Go to Manage → Booking policies

  4. Click Cancellation policies in the menu.

  5. Switch on the toggle for Non-refundable under your chosen cancellation policy. The change is saved automatically.

Note: The Non-refundable option is not available in combination with a Reasonable 60 or SuperFirm 60 cancellation policy.
