Understanding payment statuses
Each booking will show one of the following statuses:
Pending trip completion – The trip is still upcoming or in progress; your commission will be ready once the stay is complete.
Invoice due by the 5th – The trip is complete and ready for you to invoice.
Paid – Your commission has been paid.
Net payment – If you’re on Net terms, your commission was already deducted at time of booking, so no invoice is required.
Do I need to submit invoices?
Gross payment – Yes. You’ll need to download your invoice, complete the required details, and send it to info@plumguide.com.
Net payment – No. Your commission is deducted automatically at the time of booking.

When will I be paid?
Commissions become available for invoicing after the guest’s stay is completed.
Invoices are processed on the 5th of each month.
If you submit your invoice after this date, it will be processed in the following month.
Once processed, payments typically arrive in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
