We recommend choosing a policy with a free cancellation window, such as Relaxed, Reasonable, Moderate, or Reasonable 30, to maximise your performance.

How to update your cancellation policy

  1. Log in to your Host Dashboard

  2. Go to Listings

  3. Click Manage next to the listing you want to update

  4. Select Booking Policies → Cancellation policies

  5. Scroll down to Choose a more attractive cancellation policy

    1. Quickly switch to a recommended option: Click Swap next to one of the suggested flexible policies

    2. Browse all available policies: Click View other cancellation policies at the bottom, then choose and apply your preferred option


Boost bookings with a Non-Refundable option

For guests booking closer to their stay, price can be a deciding factor. Adding a Non-Refundable option can help you capture this demand and secure more short-term bookings.

  • Guests receive a 10% discount in exchange for a non-refundable booking

  • Helps improve occupancy and lock in revenue

  • Ideal for shorter lead-time bookings

To enable this:

  • Select the Non-Refundable option next to your chosen policy

Please note:

  • Available only for bookings made more than 60 days in advance

  • Not available for Reasonable 60 or Super Firm 60 policies
