What’s the commission structure for Plum Guide commission?
When booking a home, the total stay amount shown includes:
Accommodation charges
End-of-stay cleaning fee
Plum Guide service fees
Any applicable taxes (e.g. tourist or local taxes)
Your commission is calculated only on the accommodation charges and end-of-stay cleaning fee, not on Plum Guide service fees or any applicable taxes.
Commission formula
(Total stay - (Plum Guide service fees + Applicable taxes)) × Commission rate
Where can I see my commission?
You can view your commission in several places:
Before booking: on the listing page;
At checkout: in the payment summary;
In your Partner Portal: go to Commissions and check the “Commission” column;
On your commission invoice: available to download for each booking from the Commissions page.
Markup earnings
If you’ve added a markup rate, we'll show your total earnings – except in your booking commission invoice where you'll see the breakdown between standard commission and markup. You can download a booking commission invoice for any client booking from your Commissions page.
