You can download a Payment Receipt directly from your Plum Guide account for any confirmed booking. The receipt provides a complete record of the payment made to Plum Guide, including payment method, amounts, and instalment details where relevant.
What’s included
Your Payment Receipt PDF includes:
Booking code
Total booking amount and its breakdown
Payment record, including payment methods, dates, and up-to-date status (e.g. Paid in full or Partially paid)
Your name
Home and host details
Trip dates and cancellation policy
How to download a Payment Receipt
Log in to your Plum Guide account.
Go to Trips and find the relevant booking.
Go to the Receipt tab and scroll to the bottom.
Click Download Receipt and the PDF will automatically download to your device.
