We understand that it would feel unreasonable to expect you to update your prices in line with dynamic pricing changes on other platforms. For that reason we are offering two alternatives for you to choose from:
You can manually match the base rate with you other platforms (with a similar fee structure), and commit to not enter prices that are higher than on other platforms.
You can opt-in to Price Sync, which will automatically sync your prices with Airbnb. To do so, simply email our Host team at host@plumguide.com who can activate Price Syncing on your account.
