The Plum Guide has two fee structure options for Hosts, outlined below. If you would like to know which one you are on please contact us using our host form. Someone from our team will get in touch as soon as possible.

Host/Guest Shared fee structure - 3% will be charged to the Host, and 12% will be charged to the guest, of the total accommodation charges.

Host Only fee structure - 16.5% of the total accommodation charges will be charged to the Host, and nothing will be charged to the guest.

We deduct a £300/€300/$400 onboarding fee from your first booking. This is a one-time fee which is charged only after the check in for the first booking of a listing, and covers the costs for the creation, merchandising, and advertising of the listing. It will be deducted from your first payout.
