If you use one of the following property management systems (PMS) or channel managers, you'll need to complete the steps below to activate your Plum Guide API connection.

Step 1: Generate your API credentials
Log in to your Host Dashboard
Go to Account → API
Select Create credentials
Your unique Client ID and Client Secret will be generated
These credentials can be used to activate your PMS/ Channel Manage connection.
Step 2: Map your properties
To help map your homes correctly, Plum Guide can provide a mapping file containing:
Plum Guide property name
External property name
Airbnb listing ID
Airbnb listing name
If you need this file, please email contact your Plum Guide Sales or Account Manager.
Step 3: Confirm your connection
Once your properties have been mapped, ask your Plum Guide Sales or Account Manager to confirm that your pricing and availability are syncing correctly.
