You can share important documents like a welcome pack or house manual directly through the Plum Guide inbox, once a booking is confirmed.
To do so, open the conversation with your guest and use the attachment option to upload your file (look for the paper clip icon).
Please note:
File size is limited to 5MB
Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, or PNG
File sharing is only available for confirmed bookings
All communication must remain on the Plum platform to ensure both you and your guest are protected — and to give us full visibility in case support is needed.
