*On occasion we bring on homes with borderline design due to a truly remarkable feature. This may be an unbeatable location or unparalleled amenities and services. We'll be transparent and tell you why we allowed the home into our collection
Plum’s expectations of the home and host:
We expect every home to have:
A full, detailed home manual.
Quality beds & bedding.
Good shower pressure and reliable hot water.
Ample Crockery and functional kitchens.
Well stocked homes: basic kitchen supplies & well presented toiletries.
Connecting & size appropriate living space.
Strong WIFI.
We expect at least 75% of the above criteria be met. When a home lacks one or more elements, we'll be transparent and include this on the listing.
