How do I sync my calendar from booking.com?

To keep your calendar up to date, we require all hosts to sync their calendars sync across all platforms, including booking.com

To sync your calendars across platforms, add your booking.com iCal link to your Plum Guide listing. In this article we will show you how.


Find your booking.com iCal calendar link

1. Log in to your host account on booking.com, click on the Calendar & Pricing tab and select Sync calendars. This will take you to your calendar sync overview page.

2. Click on Add calendar connection, then scroll down and click on Skip this step.

3. In the pop-up that appears, give your connection a name and then click Export Calendar.

4. Copy your booking.com calendar link, and paste it into the relevant field on your third-party calendar. Once you’ve done this, go back to your extranet and click Done.

You’ll now see this calendar in your overview of connections. It takes a short while for us to finish setting up the connection, so you’ll see the status as Activating while the connection is being set up. Once your calendars are synchronised, the status will change to Export only.

It is important that you synchronise the calendars from every site on which you are advertising your property. Cancellations due to inaccurate calendars may incur a cancellation fee.
