Partnerships: My bookings are appearing in my name instead of my clients–what can I do? (Resolved)

Until recently, due to technological limitations, all bookings made through your travel advisor account showed your name rather than your client’s. This meant you needed to introduce yourself as a travel advisor to the host and share your client’s details directly at booking.

Since July 2025, you can now add your client’s name and contact details during checkout. Please note this option is available for new bookings only.
