What is it?

Plum Guide and Chase Travel officially launched a partnership in January 2026. It allows logged-in Chase cardmembers to book Plum Guide homes in Chase’s travel portal. Plum Guide will also be the exclusive provider of homes in The Edit, Chase’s most exclusive luxury accommodation offering that is only available to their top-tier customers.

Why launch the partnership?

We’re always looking for ways to get our hosts more high quality bookings - that means longer, larger bookings with respectful guests. Getting Plum Guide homes exposure to this large and affluent customer base aligns perfectly with our goal.

How do bookings from the Chase partnership work?

Exactly the same as normal Plum Guide bookings. You’ll be able to see them in the Plum Bookings dashboard, chat to guests via the messaging centre, and get paid in the normal way.

There will be a tag on those bookings so you know the customer is from Chase. If you need any help with a booking, our team is available to help at hosts@plumguide.com. All prices and calendar availability you send to Plum will be the same on Chase.

Which homes qualify for The Edit?

Plum Guide and Chase Travel jointly select homes to be in The Edit based on design standards, customer ratings and reviews, and other factors.

How do I know if my home is visible on the Chase travel portal?

Almost all Plum homes will be bookable on the Chase travel portal, with about half offered as part of The Edit. If you’d like to know more about the status of specific homes, please get in touch with hosts@plumguide.com.

Note: As part of this program, your property may feature in marketing by Plum Guide or Chase. If your property is removed from the Plum Guide platform for any reason and you no longer wish to feature in any marketing, you must inform Plum Guide in writing and we will try to remove your property from future marketing. Please note that depending on the media in which it features, you accept that this may not happen immediately but we will work to do so as soon as possible.
