How to amend your cancellation policy
Go to your dashboard (you must be logged in)
Click on Listings
Click Manage next to the listing you would like to amend
Click Booking Policies β Cancellation policies on the left-hand side
Scroll to the bottom and click View other Cancellation Policies β Swap to change it
Offer a Non-Refundable incentive to further boost your bookings
Guests booking with a shorter lead time, look for price promotions. Offer a Non-Refundable promotion to improve your upcoming short-term occupancy and secure your earnings.
To enable this on your home, click the Non-Refundable option button next to your chosen policy
Non-Refundable bookings offer guests a 10% discount, in exchange for making their booking non-refundable if they cancel
Available only with a 60-day lead time, not applicable for homes on Reasonable 60 or Super Firm 60 policies.
