Where is my confirmation email?
A confirmation email is sent for every booking made on Plum Guide, once the host has confirmed your stay. For homes on Instant Book, this will arrive immediately.
If you have not received a confirmation email:
For booking requests, the host may not have reviewed your request yet β they have 72 hours to do so.
For instant book, please check that your email address is correct and that the email is not in your junk or spam folder.
If it is not there, please contact our Customer Care team via Live chat on our website and they'll be able to send you a copy of the email.
Your trip details or pending request is also visible your Plum Guide account
If you'd like to see the detail of your trip on the Plum Guide website:
Login to your Plum Guide account
Visit your Trips page and select your trip
On each trip page, you'll find the same information as in the confirmation email, and more, including:
You trip dates and check-in / checkout times
The guest count, and wether you are bringing a pet
The home location
The house rules
Your host contact details
You payment plan details or payment receipt
Your cancellation policy
