I haven't received a confirmation email for my booking

How to find your booking confirmation or check your trip details

Where is my confirmation email?

A confirmation email is sent for every booking made on Plum Guide once the host has confirmed your stay.

  • For Instant Book homes, this email is sent immediately after booking.

  • For Request to Book homes, the email is sent once the host approves your request.


If you haven’t received your confirmation email

There are a few possible reasons:

  1. Your booking is still pending
    If you submitted a booking request, the host may not have reviewed it yet. Hosts have up to 48 hours to accept or decline your request.

  2. Check your inbox and spam folder
    For Instant Book reservations, please make sure:
    • Your email address was entered correctly
    • The email hasn’t landed in your junk or spam folder

  3. Still can’t find it?
    Our Customer Care team can help. Reach out via Live Chat on our website, and they’ll resend your confirmation email.


You can also view your booking in your account

All your trip details are available in your Plum Guide account—even if you haven’t received the email.

To access them:

  1. Log in to your Plum Guide account

  2. Go to your Trips page

  3. Select your trip
