Payments are processed the Friday after check-in, as long as that is at least twenty-four hours after check-in. It may take 4 - 7 working days to land in your account depending on who you bank with and their processing times.
Please do make sure that all the details given in your payout banking information are correct including a SWIFT/BIC code which is mandatory for international bank transfers (a missing SWIFT code is the most common cause of payout delays).
Also note that we can unfortunately not amend banking details for you so ensure that you go to your dashboard to amend these if needed. You can edit your payout details by logging into your Plum dashboard, selecting 'Payments' and then selecting 'Payout preferences'. Follow this link (you must be logged in to access this).
