The price you put in is known as the base price. This (minus our host and onboarding fees plus any applicable tax), is what you'll receive in payment for the stay.

We also charge the guest a booking fee of between 10% and 20%, plus any applicable taxes, which will be included in the price the guest sees when they try to book.
