Viewing my listing on the Plum Guide

If you would like to view your listing on our platform follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the listing section of your dashboard here. You must be logged in to access this.

  2. Click on the listing name as per the image below

Editing my listing

Our guests trust they are getting an unbiased, expert opinion through Plum Guide's curation. This means we will prepare your listing and retain editorial control of it. While hosts can manage some aspects of their listing in the host dashboard, you will not be able to make editorial and content changes directly to your listing. This includes any written content, changing the order of the images and amending amenities/add on services.

As a host, it is your responsibility to confirm there is nothing inaccurate or misleading in your listing. It is essential that your listing is accurate at all times, so you must notify us if any listing information is incorrect. This includes any changes you may have made to your home since the listing was created e.g. if appliances are removed or if the appearance of the home changes substantially so that it does not match the photographs.

If you have spotted an error in your listing or if your listing needs updating please complete this form. Someone from our team will get in touch as soon as possible.

What changes can I make in my host dashboard?

The following listing changes can be made directly in your host dashboard:

  • Check-in and check-out time

  • House rules and manual

  • Adding or removing a home registration license

  • Host profile picture

  • Calendar and availability

  • Pricing (nightly rate, cleaning fee, additional guest fee, weekly & monthly discounts)

  • Cancellation policy

  • Security deposit

  • Minimum night stay requirements (also specific minimum night stay requirements for different dates)

  • Instant Book settings and ID verification
