Every home that is recommended for the Plum Guide is reviewed before it becomes “Nominated” and all “Plum Awarded” homes have been tested and vetted by our professional team of Home Critics and subject to our extensive 150 point test
Only 3% of homes in any given destination will successfully pass our Plum Test and join our collection of the world’s best homes
Once part of our collection, all Plum homes are managed diligently using NPS data to ensure every home consistently performs to the recognised and expected Plum standards

All utilities are included in the accommodation charges
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every home
Plum hosts can provide a weekly housekeeping service if required, charges may apply
Cleaning Policy
The cleaning standards within Plum homes have always been high, but to ensure all our homes are COVID-19 safe, we have developed a new series of cleaning guidelines that every host is committed to following
When booking a stay, you can rest assured our hosts have cleaned all hard surfaces with soap, warm water and used disinfectant products throughout, all whilst wearing a protective mask, gloves and shoe covers
