We understand that communicating with your guest ahead of check-in is an important piece of the pre-stay experience.
We require all messaging between guests and hosts to stay on the Plum platform. This is for your protection as well as the guests, and ensures that both parties have Plum's support if needed.
If you need to send a Welcome pack, additional information, or PDF files to guests ahead of check-in, please email our Care team at email@example.com with the file and booking code, and our team will pass this on to the guest.
We are working to expand our host/guest messaging service, and hope that soon hosts will be able to send attachments and links along to guests more easily. In the meantime, our Care team is on hand and ready to assist with pre-stay communication.
