If you are a guest and you need an invoice for your stay, please complete this form and our customer care team will organise this for you.
Host
If you are a Host you can now download invoices for all of your bookings directly from the earnings page in your host dashboard by following these instructions:
Downloading Invoices
Find the booking you want to download the invoices for
Select the download arrow button under the invoice column to the right-hand side of the table, as shown in the screenshot below
Select which invoices you would like to download from the options shown
The invoice will now download to your computer or phone in PDF format
